Itinerary Details
Day 1: Ethnic Village Trek & Red Dao Herbal Bath Experience
8.30 AM or 1.30 PM: Pick-up at Sapa Main Church or Sapa hotel. Meet your local guide and begin a short walk to Suoi Ho Village.
Continue trek through lush landscapes and rice terraces to Suoi Ho, a peaceful village of the Black H’mong people. Learn about their daily life, traditional farming, and animal husbandry.
10:30 Continue trekking to Ma Tra Village. Visit a local school or chat with villagers to understand their customs and crafts.
11:30 Enjoy a picnic lunch or a meal at a local homestay with traditional dishes.
12:30 Trek onward to Ta Phin Village, home to the Red Dao ethnic group. Explore their vibrant culture, embroidery techniques, and herbal medicine traditions.
14:00 Relax and rejuvenate with a traditional Red Dao herbal bath—a soothing soak in a wooden tub filled with aromatic medicinal herbs. It’s believed to relieve muscle pain and improve circulation. Return to Sapa by car. End of tour at 3:30 pm.
Day 2: Muong Hoa Valley Trek – Hmong & Giay Culture Discovery
8:00 – 8:30 AM: Start your day bright and early as our guide picks you up for a trek through Sapa’s breathtaking countryside. The journey begins with a walk down to Y Linh Ho Village, home to the Hmong minority. Here, you’ll be greeted by stunning views of ancient rice terraces that have been cultivated for over a century. Don’t forget your camera—every corner offers a postcard-perfect shot.
From Y Linh Ho, continue to Lao Chai Village, the heart of Hmong culture. Wander through the village, meet the friendly locals, and soak up the serene atmosphere. Around midday, take a well-deserved lunch break surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the valley.
After lunch, head to Ta Van Village, where both Hmong and Giay communities reside. This village is a gem of Dzay culture, offering a glimpse into their daily life and traditions. By early afternoon, a car will take you back to your hotel for a brief rest.
Day 3: Fansipan Peak Adventure & Scenic Return to Hanoi
7:00 – 7:30 AM: Your final day in Sapa starts with a hearty breakfast at your hotel.
Energized and ready for adventure, you’ll head to Sun Plaza, where the Muong Hoa train takes you on a scenic ride to Hoang Lien Station. From there, board the cable car to reach the legendary Fansipan Peak, the highest mountain in Southeast Asia. Standing atop “The Roof of Indochina,” you’ll be surrounded by clouds and breathtaking panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range—a truly awe-inspiring experience you’ll never forget.
After descending, return to Sapa town for a delicious lunch.
2:00 PM: It’s time to say goodbye to this charming mountain retreat. You’ll board a VIP sleeper bus, where you can relax in comfort on the ride back to Hanoi.
7:30 PM, you’ll arrive in Hanoi, filled with unforgettable memories of your Sapa adventure.
